The NAPFA Women’s Initiative Mentor Program is designed to support professional growth and leadership development within the financial advisory profession, with a focus on advancing women’s representation and leadership. The program fosters meaningful mentor-mentee relationships by connecting advisors, paraplanners, and associates with experienced NAPFA members who can provide guidance, support, and insight based on shared professional interests, experiences, and goals.

Mentors and mentees are selected by the Women’s Initiative Mentoring Committee. The program runs from May through October.

Applications are open to NAPFA members and must be submitted by February 28, 2026.
