The NAPFA Women’s Initiative Mentorship Program is designed to support professional growth and leadership development within the financial advisory profession, with a focus on advancing women’s representation and leadership. As a mentee, you will participate in a structured mentoring relationship intended to provide guidance, support, and insight aligned with your professional goals and interests.
The program connects advisors, paraplanners, and associates with experienced NAPFA members and emphasizes learning, connection, and career development through regular mentor-mentee engagement.
Mentees are selected by the Women’s Initiative Mentoring Committee. The program runs from May through October and is open to NAPFA members in good standing.
Applications are open to NAPFA members and must be submitted by February 28, 2026.
