COMING IN June 2026 is our PATRIOTIC THEMED "EXCLUSIVE" chartpack

we worked exclusively with Textilly Crafts on this project and we are in LOVE with the design she has come up with for us.


For 2026 we have a Designer of the Month Club that we started in February 2026. Each month we feature a designer that has come up with an EXCLUSIVE chart for us for the club. Textilly Crafts is our designer for the month of June and this is the design she came up with for us. If you have not heard about the club we will put a link to the signup form here and you can read all about it and signup if you wish to maybe be part of the club. It is not too late to signup.

and before we get started with this chartpack offering, we have another shameless plug since we are on the theme of Patriotic. Americana Postcards is our 2026 Exclusive Patriotic Club designed for us by Cherry Blossoms - it is not too late to join that club either. These are super cute and we have all the supplies in stock. Now on to more good stuff - the reason you are here - the EXCLUSIVE Long May She Wave 1776 chartpack by Textilly Crafts.

Once we saw the finished piece that she came up with for our Designer Club we just knew we had to offer this now to everyone since this year is the 250th Birthday of America and this is the perfect piece to add to your patriotic stitching and a great chart to add to your collection. We just could not keep this under wraps until the club was over. We want to release it now for everyone to be able to purchase and enjoy it. ANYONE CAN ORDER THIS for a mid-June release

NOTE: If you are in the designer of the month club with us you DO NOT need to signup here - you will automatically get what you signed up for in the club.

The chartpack will include the EXCLUSIVE chart from Textilly Crafts, DMC floss bundle and the hand-dyed linen from Two Chicks Stitchery to stitch it on. You will also have the option to order the chart only if you prefer.

The fabric cut will be an approx 13x18 cut which is plenty for stitching and finishing this piece. Stitch count of the design is 81w x 109h.

The fabric used in the model is 32ct Olde World Linen by Two Chicks Stitchery. The linen fabric will also be available in 28ct, 36ct and 40ct. We will offer all counts as we know many of you like to stitch on different counts of fabric. So we have options for everyone. There will NOT be any options for aida or evenweave at this time - sorry about that.


When signing up below, be sure to specify which count fabric you would like in your chartpack. If you do not specify we are going to automatically send you the 32ct linen they used in the model. We will not have time to email people to find out what they want. So please fill everything out so you get what you want to stitch the project.

In addition to the Exclusive chart, fabric and floss we will also have the FRAME used in their model available for purchase as well.

FRAMING:

The piece is finished off in a frame that we are also going to offer to you. We think this frame is perfect for this piece and we just have to give you the option to get it as well.

FRAME INFO: This is a handcrafted unique wooden frame with a distressed look in the color Slate Blue. The inner dimension is 6x8 and the frame moulding is 1.5" wide and the frame will also include a backing board. The overall frame size is 9" x 11". NO GLASS will be in the frames. Most of you do not use glass in your cross stitch pieces when framing, so we are not offering that as it will make it much easier for us to ship as well with no glass. If you need a piece you can get it pretty cheap at your local hardware store. We have found a hardware store is the cheapest place to buy glass cut to size. There will also be a dowel stand on the back (which is removable) so you can easily stand up the frame OR you can remove the dowel and put a hanger on the frame to hang on a wall.

This frame size we are offering will work on the 32ct linen that the model was stitched on. It can also be used for the 36ct and 40ct if you wish, you will just have more of the fabric showing around the border.

For the 28ct linen this frame we think would maybe work? It maybe could fit but not totally sure and if it does it will be a very tight fit in that opening. It is your decision if stitching on 28ct linen if you want the frame or not to try it. We will NOT be responsible if you get the frame and are not happy. We are giving you all the facts here and the end decision is yours. We will not take any returns on the frames.

For framing purposes, here are the finished design sizes in the most popular counts - frame opening is 6x8. So you make the decision based on these sizes if you want the frame or not.

14 count / 28 count: 5.8 x 7.8 inches
16 count / 32 count: 5.1 x 6.8 inches
18 count / 36 count: 4.5 x 6.1 inches
20 count / 40 count: 4.1 x 5.4 inches


BILLING/SHIPPING:

By signing up now this will RESERVE your spot for a chartpack. Once you signup we consider this an order and will send you an invoice within 3-5 business days for the chartpack.

We expect payment within 5 days once invoice is issued. If not paid, your invoice/order will be canceled and the chartpack will be made available to someone else. Your payment will secure your order for the chartpack and/or frame if you ordered one.

No REFUNDS will be issued once the chartpack is paid for
so PLEASE make sure you want this before signing up and paying for this.

WE WILL NOT HOLD OPEN ORDERS/INVOICES.
if you have a situation that you cannot pay right away and you really want a chartpack, then email us at crazyanniesstitchin@yahoo.com and we will see what we can work out for you. Do not order if you do not intend to follow thru with payment right away.

We will start shipping the chartpacks in mid-June. We hope to have all chartpacks to you by July 1st or sooner.

NOTE: if you are in our Designer of the Month Club you will get your orders prior to this date and should have them around June 1st.

Once you click the DONE button you should be taken to a screen that at the top has a THANK YOU MESSAGE from us for signing up. If you do not get this screen then you have missed filling out a field on the form that is required and you will need to re-submit your information to get a box.

Once an invoice is billed to you and paid for, the box will be shipped in mid-June 2026. The order will be non-cancelable and non-refundable. INVOICE MUST BE PAID in 5 days - we will not hunt you down for payment. If not paid OR we have not had an email from you about it, invoice/order will be canceled and the chartpack will be made available to the next person that wants one.(Required.)
2.MAKE SURE YOU PICK THE FABRIC YOU WOULD LIKE BELOW - WE MUST KNOW WHAT FABRIC YOU WANT IN YOUR CHARTPACK. You will get an approx 13x18 fabric cut in the chartpack. If you don't choose a fabric count then we are going to automatically send you the called for 32ct linen used on the model piece.

THE CHARTPACK WILL INCLUDE THE Chart, Fabric Cut and DMC Floss Bundle. The frame will be a separate option.

3.We will send you an invoice for your CHARTPACK. Once we have received your signup we will send invoice in 3-5 days. Your invoice will be due no later than 5 days from date of invoice. Once invoice is paid for order will be non-refundable and non-cancelable. The boxes will start shipping in mid-June 2026. Our goal is to have them to you by July 1st as long as the fabric gets here on time as that would be our only hangup. Please make payment promptly so we can RESERVE your chartpack for you and get the fabric on order. We will order based on the signups we get.

CHARPTACKS ARE "NOT" LIMITED IN QTY at this time BUT if this goes crazy then we will have to put a limit on them due to supplies we need to order and the timeframe it will take us to get them in. If not paid within 5 days from date invoice was issued, order will be canceled and the chartpack will be made available to someone else.

NOTE: at this time we ARE NOT shipping to the United Kingdom as they now require a VAT TAX and we are not setup for VAT Taxes. We are sorry to all of our UK Customers. If you have a contact in the U.S. or an alternate U.S. shipping address, we would be happy to ship it there for you.
