2026 City of Stratford Child Care Survey

The City of Stratford, Town of St. Marys, and Perth County are seeking input from parents and caregivers to better understand child care needs across the region. Your feedback will help inform future planning for licensed child care services.

This survey is intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers of children ages 0 to 12.

The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. Responses will be kept confidential and reported only in summary form.

Upon completion of the full survey, your name will be entered into a random draw for a chance to win one of five $50.00 President's Choice gift cards.
