Iowa Community Action Association (ICAA) is a 501(c)(3) state association hosting Spark: A Summit for Good. This transformative summit is a convening of Community-Based Organizations and their advocates interested in creating pathways for economic mobility to strengthen Iowa communities, families, and individuals.
ICAA is seeking workshop presenters for this event, being held Tuesday, July 14th + Wednesday, July 15th at The Meadows Events + Conference Center in Altoona, Iowa.
This event is designed for Community Action Agency Staff, Board Members and nonprofit partners across Iowa that are seeking to learn the latest insights, innovative strategies, and opportunities to catalyze positive change in the world.

Proposal Submissions are due by February 18th.
We are seeking presenters to address a variety of topics that can be delivered through interactive workshops, engaging work sessions that include action-planning, and/or roundtable discussions.
This year's tracks include:
Sparking Clarity: Data, Strategy, and Measurable Impact
>This track focuses on the foundational work of research, assessment, strategic planning, and performance measurement.
Sparking Growth: Funding, Friends, and Future Alliances
>This track addresses the critical work of securing, managing, and coordinating funding and non-financial resources for nonprofit organizations through collaborative efforts.
Sparking Innovation: Designing Programs That Ignite + Connect
>This track centers on effective service delivery and improving customer outcomes.
Sparking Strength: Building Teams and Cultivating Culture
>This track focuses on internal capacity, talent management, and ensuring a strong, effective and supported workforce.
