Somerset’s Special Educational Needs and/or Disability annual satisfaction survey (2026) parent carer survey

Welcome to the new Somerset’s Special Educational Needs and Disability annual satisfaction survey (2026).

The results of the survey will be used to help us to improve services for all families and recognise services families’ value. A thematic summary of the survey results will be shared with Somerset Council and Somerset ICB. A report with the survey findings will be published in September.

Due to being anonymous, this survey is not a suitable way to raise any specific concerns you may have about a service. It is also not suitable for reporting any safeguarding concerns. If you have any safeguarding concerns, please ring Somerset Council on 0300 123 2224.
