2026 Remember the Ten Run Volunteer Sign Up (April 18, 2026)

Thank you so much for helping us keep our promise to never forget these 10 great men!

If you are here, we hope you are intending to volunteer for the 20th Annual Remember the Ten Run on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

You should receive an e-mail from one of our committee members, with details about your race day assignment about a week out from the race. If you have any questions or would like to become more involved as a group captain, please feel free to e-mail or call us anytime.

Once again, we appreciate you taking the time to help with the run. You will be a huge help!

Select all days that you are available and willing to volunteer with registration and packet pickup events. There may be locations added....maybe not. You will be contacted by the registration team to provide your detailed availability for the days you select.

Please select any area for which you are willing to help. Our preference is that you select multiple areas, so our volunteer coordinators can properly staff each area. Plus, if you don't select any area(s), then we will probably assign you to the hardest volunteer position :)

We will have a volunteer safety meeting that begins at approximately 6:45am (exact time to be confirmed in April).

17.IF THE VOLUNTEER IS 18 YEARS OR OLDER:

I, for myself as well as my heirs, executors, administrators, trustees, and assigns, hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for any fatality injuries and/or damages, including, but not limited to, demands or actions for negligence, premises liability, emotional injury, intentional conduct, tort claims, and any other actions or demands of whatsoever nature I have or may have in connection with my participation as a volunteer in the Remember the Ten Run against all sponsors of the Remember the Ten Run and otherwise agree to hold these entities harmless. I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks (physical and otherwise) involved in volunteering for the event and I voluntarily assume these risks.

I further attest and certify that I am physically capable of performing the tasks required for the volunteer job(s) I have selected.(Required.)
18.IF THE VOLUNTEER IS UNDER THE AGE OF 18:

I, as a parent or guardian of the above registered minor, hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for any fatality injuries and/or damages, including, but not limited to, demands or actions for negligence, premises liability, emotional injury, intentional conduct, tort claims, and any other actions or demands of whatsoever nature I have or may have in connection with my participation as a volunteer in the Remember the Ten Run against all sponsors of the Remember the Ten Run and otherwise agree to hold these entities harmless. I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks (physical and otherwise) involved in volunteering for the event and I voluntarily assume these risks.

I further attest and certify that the above registered minor child is physically capable of performing the tasks required for the volunteer job(s) I have selected.
