APPLICATION

Event Info: Thursday, March 26, 2026, 9:00am-1:00pm at the Oklahoma Zoo and Botanical Garden.
Please submit a separate application for each kindergarten classroom.

A limited number of kindergarten classes will be selected to participate as special guests at Read Across Oklahoma. Because space is limited, not all applicants will be selected.

Selected classes will receive:
  • Free Zoo admission for all students in the class and two teachers
  • Provided lunches for the students in the class and the two teachers
  • A free book for every student in the class
  • Access to the author reading/performance and literacy activities
Schools are responsible for providing their own transportation.

To apply, complete the questionnaire below and submit it by January 16, 2026. Selected schools will be notified by January 30, 2026.
