NOTE: for 2026 committee service, GCAAR is waiving the GCAAR Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champions requirement for the FIRST year of committee membership. In order to apply for a second year of committee service, members will need to become GCAAR Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champions (that is, to have completed At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Fairhaven and NAR’s Implicit-Bias training, and reported your completion of these items to GCAAR – learn more).

Applications for 2026 committees are NOW OPEN and will close November 5, 2025. Applicants will be notified of appointments in early December. Appointments are made only once each year. Thank you for your interest in serving on a GCAAR committee!

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ADVISORY GROUP
The Property Management Advisory Group is for members who specialize in property management who seek to review forms pertaining to rental properties and provide guidance on educational opportunities to aid REALTORS® and other property managers, helping to further their training and understanding of relevant issues that impact the rental industry.
Membership
Members must be ready (or willing to learn) to contribute to conversations surrounding forms and educational opportunities for housing providers.
2026 focus
Throughout 2026, the Property Management Advisory Group focuses on reviewing relevant industry forms to ensure property managers are provided with/and are using forms that are helpful and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. The committee will also review industry challenges and seek ways to educate other industry stakeholders on best practices to follow in the area of property management.
