Barnes Dennig is seeking submissions for full-day service projects to be completed by a team of 15 or more volunteers on Friday, October 23. Nominations are open through August 7, 2026.

Project Submission Information
We are seeking full-day (5-6 hours) projects to be completed by 15 or more volunteers, and you may submit multiple projects. All projects will be completed on Friday, October 23 between 9 AM and 4 PM, with a lunch break (provided by Barnes Dennig).

To maximize our impact on your mission and provide each team with a full day of work, our selection committee is asking for organizations to submit at least 2 ambitious project(s). Our volunteers work hard, and you’ll be surprised by how much they can accomplish in a day!

Outdoor projects are welcome, but backup plans are encouraged in case of inclement weather, or if a project is completed faster than anticipated.

6.The primary purpose of our outreach program is to volunteer our employees' time to assist in your charitable goals. However, we understand some projects may require nominal supplies and/or materials.
