Bev from Flamingo Toes is going to be offering a monthly Needleminder of the Month Club. BUT that is not all you will get.

In addition to an EXCLUSIVE NEW Needleminder for the club only you will also get a coordinating cross stitch chart AND a coordinating Embroidery Pattern and floss. AND also this year they are adding an iron-on transfer for the embroidery chart so no tracking is involved. You will choose if you wish to stitch the cross stitch OR embroidery pattern. OR you can stitch both but I think the floss included in the monthly kits will only be enough to stitch one project or the other.

AND if that is not enough at the end of the 12 months, there will be a SURPRISE goodie from Beverly at Flamingo Toes - you need to be in the club for the full year to get the goodie.

These are all easy and quick-to stitch designs, so they are perfect for beginners. So you if you have not tried embroidery, now you can. Or if you have a grandchild, daughter, son etc that might like to give it a whirl - these would be perfect AND they get the cute Needleminder to go with it. Such fun ! They would be so excited to get this every month.

All of the designs will be a Mystery until they are released.

So how fun does this sound ? We think it sounds like lots of fun. Embroidery is not hard - so this might be a good way to try something new on a small scale. Or you can stick to just the cross stitch design each month.

The first release we will ship the 3rd week in June 2026 so you will have it by July 1st. We will invoice the 2nd week of June (and each month going forward) so when the kits arrive we can just turn around and mail them out to you.

So just to recap what you will get monthly:
1. Needleminder (Exclusive and NEW for the club)
2. Cross Stitch Pattern
3. Embroidery Pattern
4. Iron-On Embroidery Transfer
5. Embroidery Floss

PAYMENTS / BILLING: we will bill the 2nd week of the prior months shipment. We expect payment at the time we invoice. We need to be able to mail all kits out the 3rd week of each month so you get them by the 1st of the month. We will not be chasing you down for payment. If payments are not made promptly, then your invoice will be canceled and you will be removed from the club.

SHIPPING: all items will ship out via USPS Mail so approx shipping per month will be $ 5.00. We have to see how this comes packed but we don't think it will be more than this - if anything under $ 1.00 more to ship it. But we feel confident that $ 5.00 should cover the shipping costs.

We hope you will join us for this fun monthly club - great way to add to your needleminder collection and get a couple of charts to go with it as well.

* 1. Would you like to join this Auto Ship Program? You will receive ALL 12 NEW NEEDLEMINDER OF THE MONTH KITS from Flamingto Toes. If you do not want to join, then you do not need to go any further.

Once an auto ship is billed to you and paid for, the items will be shipped and non-cancelable. You may HOWEVER cancel from the program at any time before the next release is billed. See last question on this form for more details on cancelling from the program.

Example: July 1st, 2025 release (the first release) we will invoice 2nd week of June - ship 3rd week of June to arrive to you by July 1st. We are allowing 1 week for it to arrive to you and hope that works with the USPS. If we find it is getting delayed we can adjust the schedule and ship sooner.

Shipping charges can be quite expensive to other countries. We can hold and 4 releases at a time if you wish to help save on shipping costs. Would be cheaper to ship 4 together than 4 separately. Just make a comment above in the comments section that you would like to hold and ship 4 patterns (or as many as you want) at a time. This is an option we have offered and done for our clubs in the past for International customers. 

NOTE: we are currently NOT shipping any orders to the United Kingdom (UK) due to the new VAT TAX requirement and we are not signed up with the UK to collect or pay taxes - sorry for the inconvenience to our UK customers.
