About the Process
Applying to present in the Deal Room at Expo West (March 3, 2026) is free and only open to Expo West 2026 exhibitors.
  • Selection: The Deal Room Selection Committee screens applications and will contact you directly whether or not your application has been successful.
  • Participation Fee: Accepted companies agree to pay a $1,500 fee, which includes:
    • An assigned Mentor who will provide coaching and guidance to help you prepare your business plan and presentation for the Investor Meeting.
    • Advisement for potential investor matches.
    • A tabletop in The Deal Room.
