2026 Margarita Machine Booking Form

NEW OUTDOOR POLICY
Due to recent issues caused by extreme heat, we’ve made the decision to no longer allow our machines to be placed outdoors when temperatures exceed 100°F. Last year, several of our machines overheated in hot weather, resulting in costly repairs ranging from $800 to $2,000 per unit. As a small business, repeated damage like this is difficult to sustain.

* 90°F - 99°F weather, we will provide a fan to blow on the machine to help keep the machine cool in the warmer weather.

Our machines are designed to run in indoor, climate-controlled environments or outdoors below 90 degrees. This change ensures we can continue providing the best service and reliable equipment to all our clients.

For the foreseeable future, all rentals must be set up indoors if the forecasted high temperature for the event day is above 100°F.

High-Heat Outdoor Option:
If you are adamant about having a machine outdoors in higher temperatures, there will be a $50 per machine surcharge to go toward future repairs. This fee would help offset the increased wear and potential future repair costs associated with outdoor use in extreme heat.
The week of your wedding, we will contact you with a weather update to discuss possible options.

  • It's the client's responsibility to provide alcohol if they choose.

16.Additional Straws and Cups
  • Each machine receives 50 cups and 50 straws for free.
  • Additional cups and straws can be added for $6 per sleeve

17.Will the machine be indoors or outdoors?

Outdoor regulations:
  • Outdoor 90°F - 99°F fan required (we provide)
  • 100°F+ Indoor ONLY ($50 surcharge option)
  • All outdoor rentals MUST be under a covered patio. (shaded)
  • If the machine is in direct sunlight it will not freeze properly.
  • Machines cannot be placed near bodies of water.
  • On super hot days machines might not freeze properly if outdoors.

18.Steps or Stairs?
If there are steps or stairs along the path to where the machine will be placed, you must inform us in advance. Our machines weigh approximately 200 pounds and require additional assistance to transport it safely. In such cases, we may need to bring an extra person to complete the delivery.

**Failure to notify us in advance of ANY steps or stairs may result in your delivery fee doubling if we need to reschedule or callout additional help to complete the delivery. Please inform us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly!(Required.)

19.Path to Destination
Is the path to the machine's destination paved with concrete, grass, rocky terrain, or gravel? Our machines weigh 200 pounds and are transported on small-wheeled carts. On certain surfaces, we may require assistance to safely move the machine to its final location.

**Failure to notify us in advance of ANY unpaved paths may result in your delivery fee doubling if we need to reschedule or callout additional help to complete the delivery. Please inform us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly!(Required.)
20.Setup Time Frames: **IMPORTANT**
Due to our busy setup routes, our setup window is from 9am-2pm depending on the day. We will contact you a 1-2 days before your event to give you an estimated timeframe for arrival. If you have an early party, we will make sure we are there 2 hours before drink time.

Please understand that we follow a specific route to ensure everyone is set up on time without needing to backtrack across town.

21."A Day Early" Setups:
On some days, we may ask to setup your machine a day early to help streamline our setup schedule. If this is an option, please let us know.

22.Pickup Time/Date:
If your party ends before 10:00pm we will usually pick it up the same day.
However, If you plan on partying the night away, we will more than likely pick it up the following day if your venue allows it.(Required.)
