Next, we will ask you about the rest of your music program as you are planning it right now. You can make changes to it, and you do not have to play every piece you list here. If you are planning to play the set piece as part of your longer program for the semifinal and final rounds, you do not need to list it again. The order you list the pieces in is not important. You do not have to list as many pieces as we ask for. Some contestants play longer pieces and may only have 2-3 pieces listed in their programs while others may have more listed because they are shorter or they are undecided about which ones they will want to play in a few months.

You can order extra T-shirts for family members or your teacher for $20 each. We may have extras available for purchase at the competition, but we do not guarantee sizes. Best to order any extras now.

* 31. We put together a printed program for the competition as a keepsake and to make the competition information easy to reference during the event. We publish short biographies of each contestant along with small photos submitted by the applicants. Please provide your biography here - tell us about your hobbies, your family, your accomplishments or whatever you think helps us get to know you better. It should be no more than 200 words in length. Please proofread your bio – we will not be editing them. For reference the text in this paragraph is 97 words in length.

* 32. Please attach a photo of yourself here. It should be a high-quality, well lit, image (most smart phones take excellent photos) and it should show your face prominently. While memories of standing high on a mountain are wonderful, the photos usually don't show us who you are. Portrait style is ideal.
