KHSA 2026 Conference Call for Presenter Form

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2026 Kentucky Head Start Association Conference, which will be October 20-21 at the Louisville Mariott East, Louisville, KY. We are looking for sessions for both Early Head Start and Head Start Programs!

The conference will consist of three tracks, each with eight (8) 1.5-hour sessions, from 10am-4pm, that will target Head Start Staff such as: Specialist, Coaching Staff, Nutritionist, Technology, Leadership, Childcare Providers, and more.

Use this form to submit proposed sessions individually. All submissions will be notified of either acceptance or denial by July 1, 2026. If submitted after that date, we will be in touch as soon as the session is reviewed.

Presentations may be about any topic of interest to Head Start, including but not limited to:

Staff: Child Abuse Prevention/Signs, Parent Engagement, First Aid, Understanding Child Development, Nutrition and Health Programs, Policy Council, Strengthening Families, Social/Emotional Support

Specialist and Coach Staff: School Health, Soft Skills, Family Development, Autism, Kindergarten Preparedness, Professionalism, Behavior Management

Management/Director Leadership Staff: Policy Updates, Soft Skills, Leadership Development, Program Management, Performance Standards, Child Care Rules and Regulations
