Your personal information will not be connected to your vote, and the only people who will access this information are the HTAV Executive Officer (Deb Hull) and the HTAV Company Secretary (staff member Tanya Roberts).

Please note, HTAV can accept the current Primary Contact as the voting representative for a School or Organisation Membership. The Primary Contact is not always the head of department! They might be the business manager or librarian.

If your school/organisation would like someone other than the Primary Contact to be its voting representative in this election, your Principal/CEO must complete a Representative Nomination Form which appoints someone else.

If you are an Individual Member and the Primary Contact for your Institution, you may complete this survey twice and indicate in which capacity you are voting each time.
