Committee Overview

Committees are critical to the success of GCAAR’s members, and we deeply appreciate those who volunteer their time and professional expertise to the real estate community.

This committee's description and focus of work, as well as membership requirements and time commitment, can be found below.

NOTE: for 2026 committee service, GCAAR is waiving the GCAAR Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champions requirement for the FIRST year of committee membership. In order to apply for a second year of committee service, members will need to become
GCAAR Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champions (that is, to have completed At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Fairhaven and NAR’s Implicit-Bias training, and reported your completion of these items to GCAAR – learn more).

Applications for 2026 committees are NOW OPEN and will close November 5, 2025. Applicants will be notified of appointments in early December. Appointments are made only once each year. Thank you for your interest in serving on a GCAAR committee!
