Mary Humphrey's Scholarship
One $1,400 scholarship is available to members of First Baptist Church to help finance post-secondary education. This scholarship is awarded based on student financial needs.

Loving Scholarship
One $1,500 scholarship is available to members of First Baptist Church who will be entering Carson-Newman University as a freshman for the fall semester of 2026.

Carson Newman University (CNU) Endowment Scholarship
Any member of FBC who is a Carson-Newman University student may apply. The awarded scholarship amount will be divided among the qualified recipients.

Wallen-Purkey Class Scholarship
The Wallen-Purkey Sunday School Class of First Baptist Church offers a scholarship, based on need, with preference being given to students going into vocational Christian work. This scholarship for $3,000 is awarded to a student with the selection being made by the Wallen-Purkey Sunday School class.

Kinser Family Memorial Scholarship
The Kinser Family Memorial Scholarship is in memory of Dr. John H, and Betty Kinser, and John, Jr. This scholarship for $3,000 is awarded to a worthy student attending Carson-Newman University with the selection made by the Wallen-Purkey Sunday School Class of First Baptist Church Morristown. Preference will be given to a first year student from the Lakeway Area majoring in the medical field.
