The Executive Leadership Institute is designed for senior leaders from CCCU institutions, such as provosts, vice presidents, deans, and other cabinet-level administrators who are discerning or preparing for the next level of executive leadership, like a presidency or cabinet-level role. This retreat-style experience will bring together 20 participants for keynote sessions, leadership workshops, peer collaboration, and spiritual formation, all aimed at equipping leaders for the next chapter of service.
