Hello Everyone !

We are SO EXCITED to bring to you for 2026 our ALL NEW "DESIGNER OF THE MONTH CLUB"

A "FUN" new series featuring 12 of your favorite cross stitch designers. Some you may know very well and others might be new to you. We tried to mix it up a bit for you. Each one will be designing an "EXCLUSIVE" chart for us for the club.

Starts January 2026 and ends December 2026

This is our first ever club of this kind and we are so excited for this to begin and to see what wonderful designs this group of designers comes up with for you in 2026.

With the holidays coming up in Nov and Dec and New Years as well, time is of the essence.

DESIGNER OF THE MONTH CLUB DETAILS:

There will be 12 EXCLUSIVE charts total and they will ship monthly to you. We plan to ship on the 1st of each month that current month's chart. If that day falls on a weekend or a holiday we will ship out the next business day.
The price range of each monthly chart we are going to try to keep between $ 12.00 - $ 15.00/month for a max cost. We won't know the exact price of each chart until each design is finalized. So your cost will vary each month but not by much.
All charts will ship USPS Ground Advantage which includes tracking for a cost of $ 4.75/month. This will only change if the USPS has any price increases that affect this rate.
We will be offering the charts only in this club at this time.
The fabrics used, stitch counts and floss used will vary be each designer's chart. They are NOT going to be LARGE pieces. We are keeping them on the smaller side for you for quick stitching and easy displaying and finishing.

As noted above we will be offering the charts only for each design. That is our plan. If once we start getting all the info on the charts from the designers and find that we can easily get any supplies in time for that month's release, we will email everyone in the club and let you know what extras we can offer that month and give you the option to add those on along with the pricing for those extras. But this is not a guaranteed thing.

We know alot of you like things kitted up, but since we won't have all of this info ahead of time and each designer will design using different fabrics and floss, it will make it hard to us to guarantee full kits each month. We hope you understand. AND many of you don't all stitch using the same fabrics/floss so having to source and supply and kit up several types of fabric would only complicate things and slow down the process. We know many of you have LOTS of fabric and floss stash, so we are sure you can find something in your stash to use if you don't have the called for on the chart. We will try to offer any trims or specialty things used in the designs to make it easier on you for those supplies.

DESIGNER LINEUP: (these are the 12 designers that will be participating in our 2026 Club and they are listed in no particular order - the designer we send each month will be a surprise (until you get your invoice it will be noted on there for the record)

CONTEST: at the suggestion of one of the designers we are going to have a little contest for those that signup for the club. You will follow this link once you have signed up to be in the club and on the contest signup page you will see a list of all 12 designers. You choose which month you think they will be featured in the club. The one that answers the most selections correct will be our #1 WINNER and we will also draw a 2nd and 3rd runner up as well. Each of you will get a fun goodie bag sent to you along with your 1st shipment in January 2026. DEADLINE TO ENTER FOR CONTEST is December 20th, 2025 at which time the signup form will be closed. BILLING/ SHIPPING: We expect this club to be VERY LARGE as in many people signing up. Therefore, based on past experience, we will be billing approx 2 weeks prior to us shipping - so approx the 15th of the prior month. This is to ensure that when we are ready to ship on the 1st of each month all payments are received and we can mail all club orders out at the same time. So for the January 1st shipment we will invoice on/around December 15th, 2025.

PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF INVOICING - repeated delays in receiving payment will result in your cancellation from the club. We do not have time to chase you down for payment so we expect you to pay each month (keep an eye out each month for the invoice) when you receive the invoice. Thanks for your understanding on this. This only helps keep the flow of the club running smoothly.

We ship INTERNATIONALLY as well, so we welcome anyone to order. International shipping costs will be based on what you order and your location. On International orders we can hold and mail multiple releases together to help save you on shipping costs if you would like. Just put a note in the comments section to HOLD and SHIP however many releases at a time you want us to ship to you.

NOTE: at this time we are not shipping to the UK due to the VAT tax that needs to be collected. We are not setup for collect or pay this tax as of now.

This will give us an idea of how many would even be interested in this option. You will be notified ahead of time of what we will offer along with the price for that month and you will be given the option to purchase it or not. You will not be locked in to getting them when we offer them. You will have a choice.
