NANOS 2026 Annual Meeting - Call for Member-Initiated Symposia

We invite you to submit a Member-Initiated (MI) Symposium proposal for the 2026 Annual Meeting Program. Four symposia (each 90 minutes in duration) will be chosen for inclusion in the program and will be presented in person on Monday afternoon, March 23, 2026.

● Creative formats (didactics, discussions, small groups and more!)
● Diversity of speakers
● Topics of broad interest to NANOS annual meeting attendees

5.List program faculty (other than the director and co-director) and email addresses. For any faculty who are not NANOS members, please also indicate institution, medical specialty/area of expertise. 9.Please provide the schedule for the symposium. At a minimum provide a list of symposium components. For each component include title, type (e.g. didactic, discussion, Q&A, other), faculty involved and duration. The duration times should sum to 90 minutes.(Required.)
10.The default is for member-initiated symposia to be presented in a single room and provided the standard screen, projector, podium, and microphone for their session. If you have additional space or AV needs, please list them below. (Please note that all additional requests will have to be reviewed and approved by the NANOS Board of Directors)
11.Is there a limit to the number of people that could attend your symposium given the structure?(Required.)
12.If your symposium requires the use of medical equipment, please indicate whether the equipment is being provided by an institution, company/s, or both.(Required.)
Please note that if any medical equipment used in a member-initiated symposium is being borrowed from a company/s, NANOS requires the company/s sign an in-kind letter of agreement, which specifies that they have no control or influence over any of the session planning. If the equipment used in a member-initiated symposium is being borrowed from an institution, NANOS will not require a letter of agreement.
