About the Election Revote
During the May 15-31, 2026, Board of Directors election, two candidates tied for the seventh seat up for election. Accordingly, and pursuant to the Chapter's Bylaws (Art. VI(C)(1)(b)), this ballot is a revote to break the tie between the two tied candidates.

- Terms are tied to the Board's meeting held in conjunction with the Chapter's annual meeting, the exact date of which for 2028 has not yet been scheduled
Voting Procedure
Only Active members of the Chapter as of April 15, 2026 are eligible to vote.
The Chapter Bylaws specify that, in cases of revotes, a ballot must contain votes for no fewer than half of the seats up for election. In this revote, there is one (1) seat up for election, therefore, to be considered valid, a ballot can only contain one (1) vote.

There were seven (7) open seats in 2026, six (6) of which have been elected. This revote is for one (1) seat.
