2026 Cardiovascular Educators' Forum Application

CCI is excited to host the Annual Cardiovascular Educators' Forum in Houston, Texas!

The event is scheduled May 29 - May 30, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria. Program Directors, Clinical Coordinators/Educators, and Instructors/Professors are invited to apply.

For selected attendees, CCI will cover the costs for the following: round trip coach airfare to Houston, up to two nights single occupancy accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria, meals served in conjunction with the Forum, materials, and meeting audio/visual services. There is a $150 registration fee for selected attendees.

Completion of this application indicates your interest in attending the CCI Cardiovascular Educators’ Forum. Please understand that space is limited and you will be notified via email of acceptance to attend. If selected, you will also be emailed an invoice for the $150 registration fee that will be due before your airfare can be booked. The forum will begin at 11:30am on May 29, 2026 and end by 5:00pm on May 30, 2026.

The deadline to apply is Friday, February 20th, 2026.
The Cardiovascular Educators' Forum is designed for faculty (didactic and clinical), program coordinators, and program directors who specialize in developing and teaching cardiac and vascular technology courses. The forum will serve as an opportunity for educators to network and share experiences.

The 2026 forum will include interactive presentations, group activities, and facilitated discussions among the attendees.
