We did our first Project Bag of the Month Club in 2025 and everyone has been loving the bags. So we have decided to offer it again in 2026.

We hope if you were in the club in 2025 we hope that you will join us again. And if you are new here, we hope you will join us for the club in 2026. You will love the bags.

The bags are hand-made by Boulder Valley Stitching and we will be offering 2 styles of bags for your choosing.

Envelope Style Bag: this is a fold over style bag with a button closure. It measures approx 12" x 13" in size and can hold up to an 11" x 11" Q-Snap or Scroll Rod plus all of your supplies for your project easily

Vinyl Front Style Bag: this is a vinyl front bag with a zipper and zipper pull. The vinyl front makes it easy for you to see what is inside the bag. It measures approx 11" x 12.5" in size and can hold a regular size pattern, hoop and supplies

Each month we will feature a different theme whether it be seasonal, holiday, color, subject etc. We will have some great prints coming for the bags. We are so excited. The most fun will is picking out the fabrics each month and there are so many FUN and BEAUTIFUL ones to choose from.

Each style bag will be slightly different as far as the pattern of the fabric goes, but both will made from the same fabric line so they will go good together. So if you choose to order one of each style of bag each month, they will be slightly different but still will go good together if you like things to be matchy matchy or coordinate.

You choose what you want to receive each month. Either the Envelope Style OR the Vinyl Front Style OR one of each if you so choose. No limit to what you can order each month.

The photo shown below of the bags is to show you the style of the bags (envelope and vinyl) and not the prints or designs of the bags you will get.

Whatever you choose to receive each month, just please remember that this is a year long commitment and these bags are special made for us each month based on the signups and orders we have received. We consider your signup an order and commitment to take the bag(s) each month.


We will ship monthly starting in January 2026 and plan to mail out the bags on/around the 15th of each month.

BILLING/SHIPPING:
We will invoice approx 1 week prior to us shipping. We expect payment when invoices are issued. We will not chase you down for payments. If payments are not received in a timely manner then you invoice/order and membership in the club will be canceled.

We will ship via USPS First Class Mail w/tracking. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping will not change unless there is a significant postal increase that effects the rates we get.
Vinyl Bags - $ 5.50/month shipping
Envelope Bags -$ 5.00/month shipping
One Of Each Bags - $ 5.50/month shipping

We do ship Internationally as well (except for the UK). International shipping is based on the weight and your location. It will be rather expensive but we are happy to ship to you if you so wish. We estimate shipping between $ 12.00 - $ 15.00/month (this is only an estimate)

We will send you 1 bag for each option you check below - if for some reason you wish to have more than 1 of a style (some us as stitchy gifts) then please put in the comments section any additional qty's you might want. Otherwise you will get one of whatever style(s) you choose.


3.We will send you an invoice approx 1 week prior to shipping to the email address you provide to us below. We plan to ship each month on/around the 15th of each month.

Please make prompt payment so we can mail out all club orders at the same time. We will not HOLD orders. Invoices are due at time we issue them. Remeber, these bags are special ordered in for you.(Required.)
4.Please enter in your information on where you would like your order mailed to . Be sure to provide us your Regular email address so we can contact you if we need to.(Required.)
5.PLEASE TELL US HOW YOU HEARD ABOUT OUR PROJECT BAG CLUB (facebook group, our email newsletter, our facebook page, instagram, etc).

6.If you have any other comments or suggestions, please feel free to leave them here. Thanks for joining our 2026 PROJECT BAG CLUB........if at any time you wish to be removed from this Club just email us at crazyanniesstitchin@yahoo.com and let us know to remove you from this program. We must be notified 2 weeks prior to the next shipment going out.
