Guidelines for participation

1. Acceptance of the Rules and Results
  • Submission of this form by the Project Participants implies full agreement with the selection and judging rules established by the event, as well as with the results announced by the Judging Committee.
  • No appeal or questioning will be accepted after the results have been announced.
  • BY SUBMITTING THIS ENTRY FORM, YOU (THE "PARTICIPANT" or "APPLICANT") HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

    （1） Digital Consent: This digital submission constitutes a legally binding agreement. No physical signature or thumbprint is required; the act of submitting this form is deemed as your formal consent and signature to all terms herein.

    （2） Originality & Liability: You certify that the work is an original creation and you hold all intellectual property rights. The Applicant shall bear full and sole legal responsibility for any copyright disputes or third-party claims. The Organizing Committee shall be held harmless from any legal liabilities arising thereof.

    （3）Authorized Use: You grant the Organizing Committee, its Executive Committee, and relevant organizing units a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the work for contest promotion, public screenings, and non-commercial global publicity.

    （4）Compliance: The work must be authentic and lawful. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify any entry found in violation of these terms or relevant international laws.
2. Data Processing
  • The data provided will be used exclusively for the purposes of evaluating and organizing the event, in accordance with the Chinese Data Protection Laws and Regulations.
  • By registering, the person responsible agrees to the storage and processing of the information provided, respecting the principles of confidentiality and legitimate purpose.
3. Public Disclosure of Projects
  • The registered projects may be presented publicly in different formats (e.g.: prototypes, videos, banners, presentations, etc.).
  • The General Coordination of the event is not responsible for any unauthorized copies, reproductions or misuse of projects that are not properly protected by intellectual property mechanisms (patents, trademarks or copyright).
  • It is recommended that participants ensure the legal protection of their creations before submitting.
4. Responsibility of the Project Coordinator
  • The Project Coordinator declares to be aware of and in agreement with all the conditions above, assuming full responsibility for the information provided and for the project's compliance with the rules of the event.
