2026 RKCC Mineral Resources Regional Business Awards Application Form BUSINESSPERSON OF THE YEAR

Please consider the following application for my category within the RKCC Regional Business Awards.  I understand the application process requires that I have an ABN number that correlates to the business name I am applying under.

Please Note:  This is a digital form, as a result each question is limited to 3200 characters (not words). Characters include spaces, commas, underlines etc.  If you are in doubt,  you can enter your answer into a MS Word Doc and copy the details into your answer space on this form.

Avoid: Formatting, bulleting, tabbing and underlining. It will not be transcribed into this form, spending time formatting a pretty document will use up your characters. Applications will be validated for character limits, non-conforming entries will be discounted.
