To request space for an independently-organized alumni or hospital event (such as a reception, dinner, or meeting) during the ASCRS 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting, please complete this form. A separate form must be submitted for each day of a multi-day event.

Please note: By hosting an event at the Tampa Marriott Water Street, your organization is expected to spend a minimum of $2,500 to hold the event.
All requests must be submitted by Friday, February 27, 2026.
Events will be assigned meeting rooms at the ASCRS Headquarters hotel, Tampa Marriott Water Street.
