Background

Schools may utilize their United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) entitlement toward the USDA DoD Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program.
  • Produce is ordered and receipted in the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Order Receipt System (FFAVORS).
  • Produce is procured by the Department of Defense (DoD).
⭐School Year 2026-2027 Allocation Requests ⭐

When allocating your entitlement into the DoD Fresh Program, do not look at you Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report as it will not reflect accurately to what you originally budgeted for. Refer to your ordering worksheet and enter the amount you have originally budgeted to spend.

*Please note: if during reconciliation of meal counts, which occurs each fall, and entitlement is still substantially negative, OGS may reduce your DoD allocation to recoup negative entitlement.
