Mentor Application — 2026 AMAC Builds Careers Mentorship Program

The AMAC Mentorship Program aims to guide professional relationships between developing professionals and experienced leaders within the aviation industry. This takes place in a one-to-one setting, highlighting personal and professional development areas.

Objectives:
  • To create a vehicle for aviation industry leaders to support and advance the industry’s diverse talent pool
  • To cultivate the next generation of aviation industry leaders
  • To highlight opportunities that can benefit the next generation of aviation leadership development
