Hi! I'm the owner of Marty Mundy Consulting, and I built this survey after talking with many leaders who have a thirst for professional development and support. I'm considering creating general and women's-specific support groups. This survey is intended to help me better understand what folks need/are looking for and what kinds of support structures might be useful.

It should take 3-9 minutes to complete, and you can be from any sector (for-profit, nonprofit, public, etc.). Share what you're comfortable sharing. All questions are optional.

The information gathered is intended for use only by Marty Mundy Consulting to make observations in aggregate, such as "66% percent of managers want negotiations training".
