2026 AAM Awards Entry Form

You have either been put forward, or are entering yourself, for a 2026 AAM Award.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Entries close Tuesday 3rd March at 11:59pm AEDT. You must submit your entry form by this deadline to be considered for nomination in an AAM Award Category.

Ensure you have read the information and FAQs on the AAM Awards webpage before submitting your entry form.

A reminder you cannot save an incomplete form. So we encourage you to draft your answers separately before completing your form online. (You can expand large text boxes by dragging the arrow out from the bottom right corner.) You can see an example PDF of the entry form here.

Applying as a duo/team? No problem! Whilst the language on this entry form is skewed towards individual applicants, if you are applying as a duo/team, simply frame your responses to reflect your duo/team.
