Award Regulations:

The Volunteer of the Year Award was created in 1976. This award is presented annually to the member who has contributed the most to the association during the previous year. Nominations due by December 18, 2026.

Eligibility
A nominee may be any APA member in good standing. Current Awards Committee members and spouses or relatives of Awards Committee members are not eligible for nomination.

Judging Process
Although multiple nominations can be submitted for each nominee, only one nomination is required to ensure eligibility for the award. The Awards Committee will score all entrants and select a winner.

The award recipient will be announced at the 2027 International Personalization Expo in Las Vegas. The winner will receive a Gold Obelisk and a profile in Insights magazine.
