2025 Vintage Market Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Andersonville Vintage Market. We are extremely excited for the return of this event for four Sundays on July 20, August 17, September 21, October 19. Please read and fill out the application below. We encourage you to select any and all dates that work for your schedule.

Please note that by filling out this form you are not automatically guaranteed a spot (even if you have joined us in past years). A confirmation email will be sent upon application approval.

Fees:
  • 10 x 10 booth space is $150
  • 10 x 20 booth space is $275
  • Food vendors must have a 180 special events permit and the fee is 15% of sales

Vendors are responsible for their own tent, tent weights, display tables, chairs, merchandising, credit card processing, and anything else you may need to run a successful booth. The Chamber cannot support equipment rental at this time.

8.Description of business (3-5 sentences of items you sell and whether your business is online or a brick-and-mortar)
9.My business is a member of the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce, and/or I am a pop-up vendor located inside an Andersonville business that belongs to the Chamber (ie, Andersonville Antiques, Andersonville Galleria).
10.I confirm that I am responsible for my booth's set up/ take down, furnishing your booth with personal tables, tents, and chairs, and business signage(Required.)
11.I understand I am responsible for my own trash management. Trash must be completely removed and be disposed of off-site. Please do not dump trash in the on-street trash cans.(Required.)
12.I will help promote this market by adding it to your social outlets as well as post with tagging @avillechamber(Required.)
13.Payment Guidelines: Please remit invoices within 7 days of being billed. You will receive an invoice via QuickBooks. After 7 days, a follow-up invoice will be sent. Failure to pay may result in booth forfeiture.(Required.)
14.Cancellation terms: If you cancel your booth space with less than 2 weeks notice, there will be no refund of your booth fee. If you cancel with more than 4 weeks notice, you will receive a full refund minus a $5 administration fee. Anytime in between 2-4 weeks cancellation will be 1/2 refund of your fee (minus a $5 administration fee). Please email the Chamber at info@andersonville.org with any questions.(Required.)
