We would like to offer financial assistance to those who need it to get to this conference. We have limited funds and are committed to supporting all those who state that they could not make it without a little help.

As registration moves into high gear the last 2-3 months before the event, our travel stipend fund will likely grow a bit and we may be able to offer more than we can now at the start. We will also know the full number of people who need some help with expenses.

Since we can't predict this, we ask that you consider the lowest amount that would help you get to Phoenix. We also want to know if there is a different ideal amount that would provide relief from financial strain that might be experienced if only accepting the lowest amount. If that's confusing, hopefully it will make sense below!

If you are traveling as a family, only one representative from your traveling group should fill this out and list the total number of people they're applying for.
