Thank you for participating in this survey. As part of your engagement in the Flourishing Congregations Initiative (FCI), we are assessing how your church has grown and applied various outcomes related to the initiative. The insights gained from this survey will help us understand the initiative's impact on your congregation’s ministry, community relationships, and overall engagement, and will guide future improvements.
Your participation in this survey is a required part of your participation in the initiative. Your honest feedback will help us better understand how the initiative has influenced your church’s involvement in its local community and congregation.
This survey also provides an opportunity for reflection on how FCI has benefited your church and where your congregation can further utilize the tools and principles acquired to strengthen your ministry and community engagement. The survey is divided into several categories, each focusing on different aspects of the training program. Most questions will use a 5-point Likert scale to gauge your level of agreement, while a few questions are open-ended to allow for further reflection.
A final important note: our goal is that your church grows in multiple areas through the work of this initiative. We don’t view this survey as a measure of your overall effectiveness or fruitfulness in ministry, but rather as a way to assess growth in very specific areas associated with the FCI outcomes. We’re excited to be on this journey together!
