2025-2029 5 year Consolidated Plan Public Survey

This Public Survey for the City of Rome's Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) 5 year Consolidated Plan to gather public feedback on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats within the CDBG Target Area (outlined in the image below). The goal of the survey is to help determine spending priorities for money received from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) CDBG Program over the next 5 years. 5 specific neighborhoods have been identified within the CDBG target area: South Rome Neighborhood, West Rome Neighborhood, Jervis Ave. Neighborhood, East Rome Neighborhood, and the Downtown Neighborhood. Each neighborhood has questions that will take approximately 5 minutes to answer. We encourage you to answer the survey questions for all 5 neighborhoods, however, you may skip over any neighborhoods or questions you prefer not to answer.

The survey is open to all members of the public. The City collects this information purely for planning purposes and your survey responses are completely anonymous.
