Cottage Garden Samplings has announced a new 12-chart series call A YEAR IN THE WOODS II - their first Year in the Wood series was in 2022 so we can't wait to see what they have in store for everyone in this new series. There will be NO duplication of charts from the previous series.

The first release will be arriving to our supplier the first week of June 2025 and once they receive it we will have it the next day. So it looks like the 2nd week of each month we will be shipping out charts for the club.

The YEAR IN THE WOODS II series consists of 12 designs that will be released consecutively for 12 months starting in June 2025. The stitch count of each design will be 100w x 130h. These can be stitched individually OR you can do as one large group. If you choose to stitch as one project you can visit the Cottage Garden website (www.cottagegardensamplings.com) for more info on sizes, placement etc. The stitch count of the full project is 310w x 535h and the recommended layout is a horizontal grid - 4 rows as shown in the photo below. You wll leave a 5-stitch gap between parts.

The fabric used for the models is 40ct Legacy Linen by PTP. We do not have this in stock nor do we think we would have it in time for the start of this series due to the delays from PTP on getting in fabrics. Therefore, we will only be offering the charts and the specialty floss used for this auto ship club each month.

Floss used thruout the series will be a combination of Classic Colorworks and DMC floss. They may use some WDW as well, but we don't know that until we get the floss list for each month. We will only offer the specialty floss used each month - we are NOT offering the DMC. So it will be only 1-4 skeins you will get each month. It will vary depending on how many colors and how many skeins of each color are needed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International customers we welcome you as well...we calculate shipping so you will get fair shipping each month. We are NOT currently shipping to the United Kingdom due to the VAT tax we are now required to collect and pay. We are not setup for that at this time.

PAYMENT: we will bill you each month approx 1 week prior to us shipping. Once we know the exact schedule of when the charts will be arriving here in the U.S. we can get on a schedule. This first one will be billed in approx 2 weeks as this does start in June 2025. PLEASE make prompt payment when you receive our invoice. This enables us to ship the charts as soon as they arrive here. If you foresee some delay in making payment please email us at crazyanniesstitchin@yahoo.com and let us know so we are aware of the delay. We will not hunt you down for payment and delayed payments OR no payments or responses will result in you being canceled from the club.

We hope you will join us. Looks like another great series from Cottage Garden Samplings. Should be a fun year. In the photo each spot shows where a new animal/creature/etc will appear. So take a peek and see if you can guess what is coming

LAYOUT SUGGESTION FOR STITCHING ALL AS ONE PROJECT FROM COTTAGE GARDEN SAMPLINGS
1.Would you like to join this Auto Ship Program? You will receive ALL 12 NEW CHART RELEASES from "YEAR IN THE WOODS II " series from Cottage Garden Samplings. If you do not want to join, then you do not need to go any further.

Once an auto ship is billed to you and paid for, the items will be shipped and non-cancelable. You may HOWEVER cancel from the program at any time before the next release is billed. See last question on this form for more details on cancelling from the program.(Required.)
2.There will be 12 new charts in this series starting June 2025. We will be offering the CHART and Specialy Floss ONLY on this auto ship program.(Required.)
3.If you are joining this AUTO SHIP PROGRAM after it has started...please let us know if you would like any previous releases in this series mailed out to you. Please choose which option you would like to receive AND then next release OR if wanting previous releases, mark which previous releases you would like to receive. (check all that apply please)

NOTE: You only need to fill out this section if you are signing up for this auto ship program after June 1st, 2025
4.You will be billed approx 1 week prior to us shipping. When we have received notification that our shipment will be arriving soon then we will email you an invoice for the total due. Our supplier is due to get these approx the 1st week of each month if everything goes according to plan. Please provide your email address below to send your invoice to so that we can bill you.

We are no longer billing thru paypal since Oct 2024. We have had too many issues with them and our account being compromised more than once. So we are using a new billing system that is safe and much more efficient for us than Paypal was. This has worked out much better for us and for our customers as well.

NOTE: PLEASE MAKE PROMPT PAYMENT UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE so we can mail all items in one trip to the post office. Makes it much easier on us for auto ships.(Required.)
