You are invited to provide input on the West Virginia 2025 Substance Use Response Plan developed by the WV Department of Human Services, Office of Drug Control Policy and Governor’s Council on Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment. This process will collect public comment and feedback about the Plan from West Virginia residents and key stakeholders. The feedback will be used to inform the development of the 2025 Plan that will be implemented in the State. The deadline for submitting feedback is Friday, September 6, 2024.
When reviewing the prior year plan, commenters should note that the plan is presented in a framework of goals and strategies. The goals and strategies that appear in the final Plan will be implemented by the appropriate state agencies when the Plan is released in January 2025.
