2025 NATDA Trailer Tech Expo Presentation Submission Form

NATDA™ has opened its Call for Presentations for Dealer Education at the 2025 Trailer Tech Expo powered by NATDA. The event, sponsored by Dealer Spike and Novae, will take place at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center in Reno, Nevada from February 25-27, 2025.

Topics sought will cover cutting-edge strategies and use of technology in the areas of trailer dealership operations, sales and marketing, human resources, leadership and management, service training and data analytics, as well as the latest and upcoming regulatory updates. Presentations must be tailored to NATDA's target audiences. Classroom sessions will be formatted for a 30 minute or 50 minute presentation and must accommodate up to 150 people.

NEW THIS YEAR: NATDA is offering the chance to give new software demonstrations to audiences. *This is an offering exclusive to our Trailer Tech Expo Exhibitors

For software demonstrations, presenters must provide an in-depth overview of their platform — covering both rudimentary and advanced functionality with ample time for Q&A. Session offerings may be structured to provide a deep dive for prospective and new users or “user group” style sessions for existing users.

Education presentations will be on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at the Trailer Tech Expo powered by NATDA at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center in Reno, Nevada.
