has been designed EXCLUSIVELY for us
for 2025

This is a new 12-chart series that will start in January 2025 and end in December 2025. We plan to ship on/around the 5th of each month starting in January 2025.

STITCH COUNT: 54w x 72h (individual) 228w x 224h (as one piece)

FABRIC: 14ct vintage smokey white aida (individual) 32ct vintage smokey white linen (full piece). They left 4 spaces in between designs when stitching as one full piece.

FABRIC OFFERING: 14ct aida and 28ct linen for individual pieces and 32ct linen for the framed piece

Floss used is DMC and we will have a full floss bundle for you as well.

FInishing Fabrics for individual deisgns: we will have pack of 3 fabric cuts to use for the backing of your pillows.

FRAME: from East Side Frames - top quality and is perfect for this design. Well worth the money.

NOTE: If you stitch the full piece on 36ct/18ct it will also fit in the frame. It will just have more of a border of fabric showing around the edges. 28ct/14ct WILL NOT fit in the frame. Frame details will be shown below.The frame is made to fit a 32ct/16ct with a perfect fit.

We don't have a full framed model stitched up yet to show you. We have taken the digital rendering and plopped into a photo of the frame I had but frame is not correct size. But it will give you an idea of what it will look like - just not as scrunched up as shown in the photo.

We want to get this signup going to be able to start in January and we will post a full photo of the piece framed once the model is done. Individual ideas for finishing will be posted once we those photos as well.

BILLING / PAYMENT / SHIPPING: we will bill you each month approx 1 week prior to shipping. We plan to ship on/around the 5th of each month so expect an invoice around the end of the previous month for the next month's release. We will bill a bit sooner for the January shipment due to the holidays in December - so plan to be invoiced around Dec 15th for the January shipment and to secure your spot in the club.

PLEASE make prompt payment when you receive our invoice. This enables us to ship as soon as the charts arrive here. If you foresee some delay in making payment please email us at crazyanniesstitchin@yahoo.com and let us know so we are aware of the delay. We will not hunt you down for payments and those that go unpaid will eventually be canceled from the auto ship program. You will be responsible for shipping costs on each shipment. Shipping in the U.S. will be approx $ 4.50/month and if you are International it will depend on your location and what you order each month.The only change to shipping charges will be if there are any USPS Rate Increases in 2025.. The first shipment will be a bit more due to floss bundle and fabric and once we ship frame that one will be more as well.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: we do ship Internationally. Your shipping cost is based on weight and location. We however are not currently shipping anything to the United Kingdom due to the VAT tax that we now have to collect and pay. We are not setup for that at this time.

The frame is NOT the actual size so the digital photo we inserted is a bit scrunched. The actual frame will fit it much better but we wanted to give you a bit of an idea of the frame we have picked out and what it will look like. We think it is perfect for this design.

FRAME: back opening 15 7/8" x 15 3/8" and front opening 15.25" x 15" - this is a good sized piece when framed and TOP QUALITY solid wood frame and well worth the investment.

* this is enough for the full series of charts when stitching them individually - you will cut them down to 10x12 and you will get 12 cuts/yd OR 15 cuts/yd depending on how you cut it. 32ct Vintage Smokey White linen -24x24 cut - $ 45.00/cut
* this is enough fabric to stitch the full series as ONE large piece. This allows for an approx 4" border on all sides for finishing. We normally give you a 3" border on all sides for finishing but we gave 4" on this cut to allow you a bit extra for the framing process and to allow for the back opening of the frame.

FINISHING FABRIC 3pack BUNDLE - $ 12.00
* this will be 3 - 1/4yd cuts of finishing fabrics Erin is using to finish the back of the small pillows if stitching them individually. There will be a 1/4yd cuts each of white/black polka dots, black/white small checks and white/black stripes. She will rotate them out and there will be 4 designs finsihed using each backing fabric. You will have plenty of fabric to finish all 12 pieces.

FOLK FAIRE FRAME BY EAST SIDE FRAMES (OLK-HED 935) - $ 104.00 each (reg retail $ 114.00 - was previously $ 88.00)
* front opening is 15.25" x 15" and back opening is 15 7/8" x 15 3/8" - SOLID WOOD - top quality made frames - worth the investment and we think it is perfect for this design.
** UPDATED PRICING AS OF 5-4-25: the PRICES on the frame have recently gone up. We are sorry but we expected this could happen and it is out of our control. Our price went up with our supplier BUT our supplier was kind enough to give us a discount if we purchased a qty of them and we are passing that discount on to you as well. So we hope you will consider this frame if you are stitching this as one piece. It is a very high quality frame I can assure you. Not made out of cheap wood. We went out on a limb purchasing a qty of these frames, so we hope you will pick one up if you are stitching this series as one project. Once we sell out and have to order more the price could go up again. The frame was sized to fit the full project if stitching on 32ct/16ct fabric. It will also work with 36ct/18ct or 40ct/20ct you will just have more of a border showing. It WILL NOT work on 28ct/14ct. It will not have a large enough opening.

We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay thru our billing system. We are NO LONGER using paypal for invoices.
