As a property or business owner (or designated representative) located within the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID), you’re invited to complete the following survey. Initiated annually by the Downtown Spokane Partnership (DSP), this survey helps to inform the BID Ratepayer Advisory Board on your sentiments and priorities for the BID. This feedback guides annual program planning and budgeting.
The Downtown BID is a self-financing mechanism that funds supplemental services and improvements that enhance existing municipal services and economic vitality, promote retail activities, events and destinations downtown to foster a healthy urban core for Spokane.
