MIKE BIEKER – 1st TERM
Mike Bieker was born in Columbus, Indiana and attended the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he earned a BA in Marketing. Professionally, Mike founded a company called MarketLab in 1994. The company was one of the first to use direct mail cataloging to sell specialty products to US hospitals. Mike brought in outside investors in 2011 and remains a shareholder today. In 2015 Mike began acquiring small direct to consumer businesses and today is the CEO of Lume Cube, Inc, a specialty lighting company.

Mike’s leisure interests included spending 5 years as a tri-athlete where he had the opportunity to be part of the My Team Triumph program which helps young children with disabilities experience the thrill of competition. In 2012, Mike became a licensed helicopter pilot and flew recreationally for 8 years.

Supporting the needs of disadvantaged children has been important to Mike and his wife Sue for many years. As a couple they have been involved in supporting St. John’s Home in Grand Rapids, Michigan serving on the Advisory Board that helped shape the vision for the development of a new campus park for the foster youth in the area.

Mike and his wife moved to Naples in 2019 and they spend their Summers in Petoskey, Michigan. They are members of First Naples Church and have attended the Naples Winter Wine Festival since 2021 and became Trustees of the Naples Children and Education Foundation board in 2024. They have six children between them, and six grandchildren. When they are not with their family, they enjoy hiking, boating, biking, and time to spend traveling and with friends.


JEANNE M. KNOX – 1st TERM
Jeanne and her husband Bob have been part of the Port Royal Community for 10 years and full-time residents for almost 5. Jeanne is an RN with a BS and MS in her specialty, Maternal Child Health. After a successful career in nursing administration in Boston/NYC, she and her family moved to Greenwich CT where she became deeply involved with her community, serving on every parent/teacher board available. As a director of the Fairfield County Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, she chaired several successful fund-raising events. Jeanne has been involved in Boston University for many years. As chairman of the Parents Leadership Council for more than 10 years, she led a high visible and engaging outreach program open to all BU Parents. She has also worked as a member of the University Trustee Spouse Committee, participated in the BU International Advisory Board, and is a current member of the BU Sargent College Dean’s Advisory Board. For her continuing volunteer work, BU awarded her an Honorary Degree in 2017.
CAL NICHOLSON – 1st TERM
Cal and his wife Pam have owned a home in Naples since 2007. They purchased a virgin lot in Port Royal in 2014 and subsequently built our current home. They became permanent residents in late 2019 after Pam’s retirement. Currently, Cal and Pam own and operate Covert Estates Winery in Coombsville, Napa, and own several farm and agricultural concerns. Prior to that, Cal has held positions in Time INC., Kraft Foods, and Duracell Batteries.

After four years of service in the USAF, Cal received a BA from the University of Missouri, Columbia, Mizzou, then completed his MBA at Pepperdine Malibu. On the volunteer note, Cal served for nine years as a trustee while living in Brentmoor Park, Clayton Missouri. This community’s original indentures were written in 1911 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

He and Pam currently live full-time in Port Royal, except during harvest, and are members of the Port Royal Club, Naples Yacht Club, Hamilton Harbor and The Butcher.
PETER ARNOLD, 2nd TERM
Peter Arnold and his wife Colleen have lived on Galleon Drive in Port Royal for the past 13 years. They split their time between Naples and their summer residence in Kennebunk, Maine.

Peter retired as the National Accounts Executive for The Navigator Company, the largest European paper manufacturer, located in Portugal. Prior to that, he was with International Paper for over 10 years, and was responsible for all sales in Canada and Asia Pacific. He grew up in Boston, and he and his family have been based for multiple years in Michigan, Connecticut, and Sydney, Australia. For the past six years, Peter has been President of the Lantern Lake Homeowners’ Association, within Port Royal. The main role of this position is to work with all Lantern Lake residents to best manage the overall water quality and biodiversity within beautiful Lantern Lake.

Peter and Colleen have two adult children, one living in New York City, and the other in London. They are members of the Port Royal Club, Hole in The Wall Golf Club, Royal Poinciana Golf Club, and Concord Country Club in Massachusetts.


KEVIN RUESTERHOLZ, 2nd TERM
Kevin Ruesterholz and his wife Virginia moved to Naples in 2010 and have a summer home in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. In December of 2016, they became residents of Port Royal. Kevin is a retired attorney who had his practice in Morristown, NJ. He has a JD from Seton Hall Law School, an MBA from Rutgers University and a Chemical Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology. He served as a board Member and secretary of his Cooperative, and is a member of the Hole in the Wall House Committee. Kevin and Virginia met in college and were married in 1984. They raised their two children in New Jersey. Kevin and his wife Virginia love to play tennis, golf, bike, and walk the Naples beach and enjoy the sunsets!


GISELLE WAGNER, 2nd TERM
Giselle Wagner moved to Port Royal in 2017. She retired from a business career in which she spent 30 years at Bridgewater Associates, an investment firm in Westport Connecticut. She was the Chief Operating Officer when she retired as an employee after 20 years and subsequently was a Board member for 10 years. Giselle also worked for Morgan Stanley and Chemical Bank in New York City prior to joining Bridgewater. She held several Board positions with not for profits in Connecticut prior to moving to Naples. Currently in Naples she is on the Board at the Community Foundation. Giselle graduated from Smith College and received an MBA from Columbia University. She is married to Paul Myerson, and they have two adult children.
WANDA ZAISER, 2nd TERM
Wanda Zaiser was working for Butler International in North Carolina when asked to transfer temporarily to Naples in 1981. Eight years later she and her husband Len built a home on Admiralty Parade, where they lived for 27 years and raised two sons. Six years ago, they built another home on Fort Charles Drive, where they currently reside year-round. She has been involved in many of the family’s multiple manufacturing companies from defense to medical. She has served on several boards, including the Boys and Girls Club of Collier County, the Dean Advisory Board at the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric, and Earth Science , and served on the University of Miami’s Parents Council. She and Len are members of the Port Royal Club, Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club and the Naples Yacht Club.
