Progress Lakeshore's 14th Annual Awards Breakfast Nominations

Please use the following form to make a nomination for the 2025 Excellence in Economic Development Awards.

Winners will be announced at the 2025 Economic Development Awards Breakfast on May 13th.

Awards Rules and Restrictions:
  • Nominations must be for a project or activity that was completed during the 2024 calendar year.
  • Award winners are determined by the Governance Committee of Progress Lakeshore. The Committee reserves the right to move nominations to other categories that are more appropriate.
  • Award sponsors are ineligible to win an award in the category they are sponsoring but may be considered in other categories.

Entrepreneurial Achievement Award
  • Recognizes an individual or emerging small business that has developed ideas, products and/or services into a viable, competitive business
  • The individual or emerging small business has had a positive community impact
  • The individual or emerging small business had created or retained jobs in the community

Neighborhood Development Award
  • Recognizes innovative real estate development or building rehabilitation projects
  • The project had an impact on the local economy through the use of local contractors or an increase in tax base
  • The project has positively impacted the community, making Manitowoc County a better place to live and work
