2025 Community Outreach Day Project Submission

Barnes Dennig 15th Annual Outreach Day - Friday, October 24, 2025

Nominate your organization's project for the 15th Annual Barnes Dennig Community Outreach Day.

Nominations will be accepted until August 8th from local non-profits for service projects to be completed on Friday, October 24th by volunteers from our entire firm.

Selected projects will be announced in early-September.

2.Please describe the scope of your project including location and time commitment. All projects will be completed on Friday, October 24th. Full-day (4-6 hour) projects preferred.(Required.)
3.Approximately how many volunteers will be needed to complete your project? (Minimum 15 volunteers)(Required.)
4.The primary purpose of our outreach program is to volunteer our employees' time to assist in your charitable goals. However, we understand some projects may require nominal supplies and/or materials.

If your project requires such items, please include a list of items.
5.Estimated cost of items, supplies or materials.
Project Submission Checklist:

- Projects must be completed on Friday, October 24th with a minimum of 15 volunteers
- If you’re submitting an outdoor project, please include a rain contingency plan, if available
- You are welcome to submit multiple projects per organization for consideration
- Past recipients are welcome to submit again
