44th Production of The Nutcracker presented by Westport’s Academy of Dance

Hi All,
Please fill out the following forms to register your dancer for the 2025 Nutcracker Production!

Just a few important reminders:
  • All fields marked with an Asterisk (*) are required to be completed for the form to be submitted.
  • Show Dates are December 20th(1pm & 5pm) & December 21st (2pm).
  • Mandatory Rehearsals (in-studio dress and tech) are Saturday, December 6th & Sunday, December 7th.
  • Mandatory Tech Rehearsals are Wednesday, December 17th (for 5th grade and above) AND Thursday, December 18th (for All Dancers).
  • Mandatory Dress Rehearsal is Friday, December 19th (during after school hours).
  • Payment must be submitted on your dancer's audition day Saturday, September 13th (Ballet 1 through Jr Co) or Friday, September 5th (Sr Co & Clara). Your dancer will not receive a part unless your form and payment are received.
  • If your dancer is in 1st & 2nd grade OR this is your FIRST year in The Nutcracker, there is a mandatory parent meeting on Saturday, September 13th at 10am. Please do NOT fill out this survey until you have attended a meeting. Important information that will help you complete this survey will be discussed at the meeting.
  • ALL returning families: this survey should be completed prior to auditions
