2025 NUTCRACKER BALLET FOREVER ORNAMENT SERIES

starts January 10th, 2025 - SIGN UP NOW so we can be sure to order in enough supplies. Suppliers will start shutting down mid-December for their annual holiday/inventory shutdowns. So we want to get a head start on ordering in supplies.

WE DON'T HAVE A LIMIT IN THE CLUB AT THIS TIME
but if it gets too big (as in previous years) we will close signups
due to the amount of clubs we have for 2025

Welcome to our new 2025 NUTCRACKER BALLET ORNAMENT SERIES. All designs are from Annie Beez Folk Art and all are finished on a cute "stamp" shaped board from Chantelle's 141 Design Co. Use them as ornaments on your tree OR propped on tiered tray or in a dough bowl. Another GREAT series coming in 2025 from Annie Beez Folk Art.

There will be 12 charts total in the series with one releasing each month January - December 2025 on/around the 10th of each month.

Each monthly design will feature one character from the iconic ballet - for example: The Mouse King, The Sugarplum Fairy, Uncle Drosselmire and more

Details of Supplies:
Stitch count: 41w x 57h each design
Stitched On: 14ct antique brown perforated paper from Mill Hill
Floss: stitched using Classic Colorworks, WDW and DMC floss
Finish Board: Stamp board (approx 3.5"w x 4.5"h in size) by Chantelle's 141 Design Co

They are all stitched using Classic Colorworks, WDW and DMC floss. We will have a FULL FLOSS BUNDLE of the Classic Colorworks and WDW floss only (33 skeins total) . You will provide your own DMC floss I believe DMC conversions will be provided on each chart.

DMC FLOSS YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE: Blanc (6 skeins), Ecru (2), 01 (1), 02 (1), 03 (1), 433 (1), 436 (9), 597 (1), 3820 (2), 3822 (1)

Classic Colorworks and WDW included in our bundle are:
CC: ribbon red (6 skeins), amber waves (3), cherry tomato (5), blushing beauty (4), cocoa bean (5), black coffee (3), clay pot (2)
WDW: moss (5 skeins)

OUR FLOSS BUNDLE WILL BE 10% off reg retail price

Each monthly design will be mounted on a cute little "stamp" themed board using Stitchers Tape (which we will offer also). The board measure approx 3.5"w x 4.5"h and has 2 small holes in the top for the hanger and also have a groove laser cut into it so you know exactly where to place your paper when mounting it for fininshing.

BILLING/ SHIPPING: we will bill you directly thru paypal. We will bill on the 10th of the prior month and ship by the 10th of the actual month. Example: we will bill on December 10th for the 1st release in January 2024, bill on January 10th for the February 2024 release etc.

We bill a month ahead on this club only due to the large volume of signups we normally get for the club. It takes awhile for everyone to pay and once we are ready to ship we like to be able to mail them all out at one time. PLEASE make prompt payment when you receive our invoice. This enables us to ship when we need to. With a club this large it needs to run smoothly with no hangups. If you foresee some delay in making payment please email us at crazyanniesstitchin@yahoo.com and let us know so we are aware of the delay. Continual late or non-payments will result in you being canceled from the club. We will not chase you down for payment.

WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR THE CLUB THIS IS A ONE YEAR COMMITMENT as we order in supplies based on the number of signups we get. So PLEASE be sure you intend to remain in the club for the year.

All orders will ship USPS First Class Mail w/tracking. If you get the chart only it will ship at a reduced rate each month of $ 2.00. We do this to save you postage for the year on just getting a chart each time. These will NOT have tracking.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: we do ship Internationally. Your shipping cost is based on weight and location. We however are not currently shipping anything to the United Kingdom due to the VAT tax that we now have to collect and pay. We are not setup for that at this time. On International orders we can hold and combine shipping on multiple months (for example ship 4 months at a time - so you get 3 shipments for the year) to help save you on shipping costs.

This group is currently active (you can join now) and people are now sharing stitching of the last EXCLUSIVE ornament series we have done with Annie Beez and will include the new 2025 NUTCRACKER BALLET SERIES

Julia Brooks is the Admin of the Group as well as myself. and Annie from Annie Beez. Julia will be the main admin overseeing the group. Annie will be in the background busy designing and myself busy shipping and running our business. We hope you will all share your photos and progress as I am sure Annie would love to see your stitching and finishing of the charts and chat with you all

14ct antique brown perforated paper (2-9x12 sheets/pkg) - $ 8.00/pkg
* one package (2 sheets) will be enough to stitch the full series.
If you think you want more than one pkg then comment in the comment section how many you want - otherwise you will be sent one package only.

FLOSS BUNDLE CLASSIC COLORWORKS/WDW (33 skeins total) - $ 77.55 (reg retail $ 85.80)
* this is enough floss to stitch the full series on a 14ct perforated paper OR fabric.

STITCHERS FINISHING FRAMING TAPE 1.5"wide x 60' roll - $ 31.00/roll
* this tape is a double sided tape and is acid free and archival safe and perfectly safe to use on your stitching projects
this is the finishing tape they use to stick to the back of the perforated paper when you are done stitching and then adhere to the painted board (that you paint) - so finishing is very simple on this series - easy peasey ! Simply cut off 2 strips and stick to back of piece - the tape is 1.5"wide and paper is 3" wide - so two strips should fit perfectly with minimal cutting and measuring of the tape needed.

STAMP SHAPED FINISHING BOARD (12 PIECES) by Chantelle's 141 Design Co - $15.00/pack of 12
* you will get all 12 boards sent to you with your January 2025 release - this will help save you on shipping costs of shipping a board each month and make your monthly chart shipments cheaper for you.

NOTE: PLEASE MAKE PROMPT PAYMENT UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE so we can mail all items in one trip to the post office. Makes it much easier on us for auto ships.

We have alot of people that pay when they feel like it. So this is how our club will work for 2025. If payment is not made by the time we are ready to ship we will send out 1 reminder notice. Then if not paid, invoice will be canceled and your membership in the club will be canceled as well. We don't have time to chase down payments.
