2025 Indiana Head Start Community Partner Survey
The Indiana Head Start State Collaboration Office (IHSSCO) and Indiana Head Start Association (IHSA) have partnered with Transform Consulting Group (TCG) to complete the 2025 Indiana Head Start Needs Assessment. The needs assessment guides annual updates to IHSSCO's strategic plan and objectives. As part of the process, we seek your input to inform the needs of Head Start programs and their partners.
The survey should take 15-20 minutes to complete. A summary report will be made available to the general public and posted on the FSSA website by mid-July 2025. Your response will only be shared at the summary level unless recipients request additional information on topic areas. We ask that you complete this survey within two weeks of receiving it.
