What needs to be considered before introducing maternal vaccines against group B Strep

We are gathering insights into what needs to be considered before introducing maternal vaccines against group B Strep — both in the UK and globally, across low-, middle-, and high-income countries.

It's vital that we include the voices of families affected by group B Strep and the voices of the healthcare professionals who care for them.

We will collate the answers, and feed into relevant consultations, including a current WHO consultation on the development and implementation of vaccines to tackle group B Streptococcus (GBS).

Please take a few minutes to complete this important survey.

Your insights will help inform policymakers on the potential introduction of a group B Strep vaccine in the UK.

4.Are you aware that vaccines are being developed to prevent GBS infection, particularly in newborns?
5.What best describes the capacity in responding to this survey?
