CE Credits Explained: The entire certification program is based on the American semester credit system where a 1 hour credit course is based on 15 or 16 weeks of 1 hour classes. If you only spend one hour out the 16 in the classroom (in this case a webinar) then you divide 1 by 16 = 0.0625 or 0.06 credit hours.
