The Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) has selected the city of Pittsburgh, PA to hold the 2025 National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR), April 7-9, 2025 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. In partnership with Duquesne University and the Pittsburgh Council on Higher Education (PCHE), CUR, Duquesne, and PCHE will play a vital role in creating a successful onsite undergraduate research presentation and learning opportunity.

NCUR is dedicated to promoting undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative activity in all fields of study by hosting an annual conference for students. Unlike meetings of academic professional organizations, this gathering of student scholars welcomes presenters from all higher learning institutions and disciplines. Each conference hosts thousands of students from across the globe, presenting their research through posters, oral presentations, visual arts, and performances. Their faculty mentors also attend to show support for their students and in some cases to present.

These prestigious students presenting their scholarly research are also looking to connect with their future - and what does their future hold? It could be a place within your graduate school programs, as a research participant, a new employee, or a published author in your journal. Hear from prospective students on what they are looking for, share what your requirements and possibilities you can offer them, and be able to advertise your programs to over 3,500 interested attendees.

Registration for NCUR 2025 will open in May 2024. If you are interested in getting on our emailing list, please fill out the form below and you will be notified when registration opens.
